Teens for Christ is a Christian organization that was founded in 1991 by Hall High Students Tarsha Parker and Yvette Young.  The primary purpose of this organization is to provide a support group for students with a strong faith in God.  The mission statement for Teens for Christ is to minister the total needs and interests of young people.  This organization is an avenue by which young people can face the problems of today:  boredom, substance abuse, alienation, pressures to succeed, negative peer pressure, gangs, and fractured families.  Fulfilling a need to belong to a caring, loving group is the organization’s key goal.

Some of the activities that Teens for Christ performs are community service, testimonials, speakers, devotionals, dramatizations, and forums.
