SkillsUSA CLUB

SkillsUSA is a national organization formed  for students enrolled in skilled and technical training programs.  Our Diagnostics and Networking students have an opportunity to become a part of an organization that will allow them to compete with other schools in  demonstrating their technical and leadership skills.    

SkillsUSA also provides the students with opportunities for scholarships and other state and national awards in their industry.  The Arkansas SkillsUSA website contains a  wealth of information for students that  want to participate

 

SKILLS USA CLUB ATTENDS FALL CONFERENCE

The Hall High School SkillsUSA Club attended the SkillsUSA Fall Leadership Conference held at Pulaski Technical College on October 9 and 10.  The SkillsUSA organization prepares students for careers in technical, skilled and service occupations. 

Daylon Smith received lst place , Jantzen Scott , 2 nd place , and Georgina Lopez , 3rd place awards in the Quiz Bowl Competition.    Marc Jackson received the 1 st place award in the Let Go of My Legos Competition (Skill building contest).  Mrs. Betty Larry and Mr. Vincent Dodson are the advisors of the SkillsUSA Club.
