Senior Ads

Every year, a section of the yearbook is dedicated to senior quotes. You can buy space to say all you want and include pictures to share with everyone. It's a great way to say goodbye to HHS.          

Payment, quotes and pictures are due December 14, 2007 .  You may want to turn yours in early since space is limited.  Also, by turning in your ad before the deadline, it guarantees the yearbook staff will have more time to work on it, and you may be able to view it and comment more easily.  Payment should be given to Mrs. Callaway-Frazier in Room 817 on B days.

Photos : Write your name and address on the back of each picture if you want it back at the end of the year or earlier. Pictures must be appropriate!  Nudity or offensive images will NOT be permitted.  The yearbook staff has discretion not to use any inappropriate photos.

            Full page                     maximum of 18 pictures
            Half page                     maximum of 10 pictures
            Quarter page               maximum of 5 pictures

. Images submitted in Word, Publisher, or other software programs cannot be used.  We can do our best to duplicate your file using our program (InDesign), but we will need the original photos .

Text: All text must be submitted on disk in Microsoft Word or written legibly so that it can be reproduced.  The yearbook staff will edit for grammar if you'd like.

Must be appropriate! No racial slurs (even as a joke), insults to other students, blatant sexual references or swearing is allowed. If submitted, you have given the yearbook staff authority to edit your text. 

Art: If you have a drawing on the page or handwritten signatures, make sure to include it. We can't print anything that is copyrighted (cartoon characters, comic strips, unauthorized business logos, etc.).

Any other special instructions : If you want to share with a friend, let us know, especially if you want your pictures separated on the page. Tell us which pictures you want to be bigger or smaller . On the Back of the sheet space will be provided for your text!
