Mu Alpha Theta is a club composed of students who are enrolled in upper level mathematics courses.  Students must have completed 4 credits of college preparatory mathematics and they must have completed or be enrolled in an advanced course in order to be admitted into Mu Alpha Theta.  In addition to the completion of the required courses, the students must accomplish their mathematical work with distinction, or earn at least a 3.0 average.  The purpose of Mu Alpha Theta is to promote increased enrollment in elective math courses.  The publication, The Mathematical Log, is submitted to members on a monthly basis.
