PURPOSE

The purpose of the Hall High FBLA chapter is to further the goals of FBLA within the state of Arkansas.  The chapter shall provide as an integral part of the instructional program additional opportunities for secondary students in business to develop vocational and career supportive competencies.  As an integral part of the instructional program, FBLA should also promote a sense of civic and personal responsibility.
