| Booker Arts Magnet School students receive instruction in the fine arts as well as language arts, math, science, and social studies. Classes in visual arts, creative movement (P.E. and dance), drama, band, orchestra, and piano are offered. Many field trips and speakers are utilized to enrich the fine arts curriculum. The staff of Booker Arts Magnet School is also focusing on strengthening students' reading abilities through the Reading Recovery, ELLA (Early Literacy Learning in Arkansas) and the Accelerated Reader Programs. The Technology Center and all classrooms feature up-to-date hardware and software, and students have access to the Internet for research purposes.
